How do you cook a turkey?

During the Thanksgiving holiday, families got together to share what they were thankful for most.

Families and friends gathered at their tables passing around the cranberries, dressing, sweet potatoes and, of course, the traditional Thanksgiving turkey.

But, how do you cook a turkey?

There are many different ways that someone can cook a Thanksgiving turkey, you can fry it, smoke it or just stick it in the oven.

Pre-K teacher Mrs. Amy Pass and her students shared some of their many ways of cooking the traditional holiday bird.

The students had many different ideas for cooking a turkey.

Some decided that they would put the turkey in the oven and others wanted to just use the stove.

Below are each of the students’ recipes to cook a turkey.

Angela Barrett first wants to stuff her turkey with skittles, popcorn, paper, dog, and star next she wants to smother the outside of the turkey with wing, ranch, and ice cream and finally she wants to cook the turkey at 31 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 hours.

Casen Emery first wants to stuff his turkey with a bullet next he wants to smother the outside of the turkey with ketchup and finally he wants to cook the turkey at 8 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 hours.

Weston Langham first wants to stuff his turkey with M&M’s and ice cream next he wants to smother the outside of the turkey with a hand and feet finally he wants to cook the turkey at 1 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 days.

Kade McCarley first wants to stuff his turkey with peanuts that are honey roasted next he wants to smother the outside of the turkey with sticky and finally he wants to cook the turkey at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 hours.

Lincoln McKinzie first wants to stuff his turkey with a L next he wants to smother the outside of the turkey with ketchup and finally he wants to cook the turkey at 6 degrees Fahrenheit for N hours.

Anthony Perez first wants to stuff his turkey with chicken next he wants to smother the outside of the turkey with ketchup and finally he wants to cook the turkey at 0 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 fours.

Baleigh Sheperd first wants to stuff the turkey with gravy next she wants to smother the outside of the turkey with butter and finally she wants to cook the turkey as hot as the sun for 5 minutes.

Michael Tilly first wants to stuff his turkey with feathers next he wants to smother the outside of the turkey with his nose and finally he wants to cook the turkey on the shell not for 1 minute.

Bryson Garcia first wants to stuff his turkey with bread next he wants to smother the outside of the turkey with icing and finally he wants to cook the turkey at 4,000 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 days.

Kaden Moore-Young first wants to stuff his turkey with chicken next he wants to smother the outside of his turkey with chicken and finally he wants to cook his turkey at 8,000 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

Finally, Alyssa Riggins wants to stuff her turkey with M&M’s and suckers next she wants to smother the outside of the turkey with chicken and finally she wants to cook the turkey at 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 minutes.
