Kane Helton is this week’s B-D Donkey Feed male senior spotlight.

When a student enters their senior year of high school, they have some big decisions to make on what they want to do after graduation. Some go to college, others enter the work force. For this week’s male B-D Donkey feed senior spotlight, Kane Helton, the decision was easy. Helton has decided to serve his country and join the Marine Corps. Helton prides himself on his patriotism and being a proud Oklahoman. Helton took some time out to answer our questions this week.

B-D: When I was young, I imagined myself as…

Helton: I imagined myself as the greatest of all time.

B-D: What is an accomplishment you’re proud of?

Helton: The accomplishment I’m most proud of is being a competitor in World Archery.

B-D: What extra-curricular activity do you enjoy the most and why?

Helton: Track or Archery, I met a lot of cool people and made good memories.

B-D: What are your plans after high school?

Helton: Military service in the Marine Corps.

B-D: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Helton: I see myself being a politician and a business owner.

B-D: What is your favorite junior high memory?

Helton: Playing football with my class and twin brother.

B-D: What is a favorite high school memory?

Helton: My favorite high school memory is always me and Gunther pulling pranks on people.

B-D: What will you miss the most after you graduate from Bray-Doyle?

Helton: I will miss track meets the most.

B-D: What class have you enjoyed the most and why?

Helton: At mechanics. I really enjoyed being creative.

B-D: Who is your favorite teacher/faculty member and why?

Helton: I can’t pick one. I love them all. Everyone at Bray-Doyle has a special place in my heart.

B-D: What three words best describe you?

Helton: The three words to describe me are Conservative, Oklahoman, and American.

B-D: How would you like to be remembered as you leave Bray-Doyle?

Helton: Well.. We are the class of 2020. We’re the vision!

B-D: What are some words of wisdom you would give to the under-classmen?

Helton: Just do the daily grind and you’ll be ok.
